Cool Running :: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan
Change of plans, yep, already.
I'm going with the
Couch to 5K Running Plan
. This will allow me to run for longer periods of time and shorter total amount of running. I feel, for myself, it is a better fit to keep me motivated.
